The Adelante Progressive Caucus of the Democratic Party of New Mexico held a regular monthly meeting on Zoom from 6:30 pm to 8:20 pm on Thursday 5 October 2023.

Call to order and quorum check
The chair called the meeting to order at 6:39 pm.
Approval of minutes
The minutes of the meeting of 7 September were reviewed. There being no corrections, they were approved.
Candidate presentations
Janelle Astorga, a candidate for the school board (District 1) of the Albuquerque Public Schools, introduced herself and described her candidacy.
New Mexico Open Elections
Sila Avcil and Perry Radford of New Mexico Open Elections described that group and its goals to the caucus.
There was discussion.
New Mexico Solar Energy Association
Nicole Olonovich described the New Mexico Solar Energy Association and encouraged interested individuals to join and to volunteer to serve as board members.

The meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm.
