Recurring or Multi-Day Events

For an event that spans more than one day, please provide the details for each day in the Event Description and omit the Start Time and End Time.

For instance, if your event is on Friday and Saturday with different times for each day, enter:

Friday evening reception, 5 pm to 7 pm, Holiday Inn Ballroom
Saturday business meeting, 10 am to 2 pm, Cibola High School Gym


For recurring events, tell us the schedule. For instance:

First Tuesday of every month, no end date
Or
Until election day:
Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5 pm to 8 pm, Your Place, 1234 Easy St NW
Saturdays, 10 am to 5 pm, My Place, 9876 Hard St NE

When in doubt…
Omit the Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End time, and put the details in the Event Description.
